Service Description
Monthly Contract for general pest & rodent control. Inspection of common areas, Kitchens, Storage areas, and dwelling units. Spot treat when warranted, prevent when able with monitors and control application. Rodent stations are additional charge Flea and Bed Bug control is an additional service.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change call or text Mark at (443) 605-2143. I'm flexible just give me notice please. Reschedule online at least 8 hours in advance at no additional charge. Cancellations less than 8 hours in advance of the appointment may incur a $35 service charge.
